I love to sleep in. Early morning sleeping is the best and I have been known to snooze up to an hour. This usually meant that I had to rush through my morning routine like I was on speed, just to make it to work on time.
Recently though I’ve been getting up more early. I promise myself I’ll do morning yoga but I just end up puttering around the house house, with some soft music on. I greatly enjoy this, it puts me in a calm state of mind.
So what do you do? And has this changed over time?
