The first round failed. I didn’t get all of the air out of the bags, so we ended up with stunted mushies. They were good. But not great, we buried our shame in the garden.
So this is where we are today. The 6 bags are looking way better and already are starting to fruit. We should have proper puffy meals soon.
This weekend will be a pressure canning fest. I need to sterilize Petri dishes, make LC and sterilize, along with grain, and substrate. So at least 4 pressure canner runs.
I found grain locally that is 1/4 the price I was paying. So I should be well stocked going forward.
