My back is not taped!

And the physio is pretty confident that my back isn't permanently damaged and that I can improve it! Also, when I first started going, I couldn't really turn my head from side to side without it being eye-wateringly painful, and now I have almost a full range of motion!

Now to have some confidence that I can really really get active again, now that my knees are no longer injured, my back is getting better, and I'm off the meds I was on (for 2 years, ending when I got pregnant) that turned me into a zombie.
