Welcome To The Bitchery

It’s Thanksgiving weekend here in Canada, and I am roasting my turkey today so I can coast all day tomorrow and for a day or two after that also!

I’ve stuffed it with a gala apple and sausage dressing, I have the neck and stuff simmering for stock to make the gravy (so much more flavourful than just water), and frankly my house smells so nice that I want to eat RFN.

Also, we got our first snow today.
