Is not the "I'm only drinking Pepsi from now on" (okay cool support the lgbt movement!) or the "Learn to Speak English" crowd. At least those people announce their racism loud and proud for us all to say fuck you to.
What really bugs me is the people who say "it was too polarizing" or "it was too divisive for my taste." I haven't seen a lot of blatant xenophobia on my feeds, but I have seen this, and I always see this. And I hate it. This cloaking of racist beliefs in the socially accepted notion of not being overtly political makes me nuts. "I'm not taking a side, but I don't think x should be a political opportunity" is bullshit.
