Exposition: My office assistant is in charge of ordering supplies to patients’ homes and then putting the invoices in quickbooks.

So for months I have been telling my office assistant that we need to control cost of what is being ordered to patients homes. He needs to make sure that he’s calling the CNA’s and getting the orders ahead of time, so that essentially we can control to approx $150 per patient. We have 14 patients so then that would be like 2100 a month.

I did not want him to have this job, but one of the bosses accused me of not delegating because yeah, he’s an idiot.

But alas I was over ruled. So today. The supply bill comes in. 5100 dollars motherfuckers! Of course my boss was like WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON. And it gets worse he didn’t put in the invoices correctly so we have no way to reconcile what we have already paid and what we haven’t and guess who gets to sort it out.
