So I am trying to cook for the week on Monday nights. I need some ideas for tonight. I will eat most anything. I'd prefer to keep the carbs low (Not a huge pile of pasta or something, not non-existent though) and protein high. But I love fat! I am down with the dairy and cheese and all that stuff... Any ideas for stuff that can be made in a large batch and last the week to bring for lunch or dinner. I have re-heating abilities at work.

ETA: Anyone got any good curry recipes??
