No, not that kind. I foolishly tried to make a pot of fresh tomato sauce on a stove with not great burner regulation while working from home.

The result: wasted tomato sauce (I was able to salvage some) and a pot FUBAR.

Because I have a small NYC kitchen, I don't have a lot of pots, so I need to replace this one pretty soon. It's a non-stick Calphalon Dutch oven. I've had it for a long while, so don't know what's new and exciting in the pot world.) What's a good place to shop? What pots do you love? I know the issues with non stick, but would still prefer that. Metal, but no long handles. No cast iron.
