New Foods for the Regular Rotation

Hi GT! What did you make or eat this week that should be on your regular rotation?

I made these mini cornbread muffins today and I have since eaten about 2 dozen of them. The recipe yielded 32 muffins. 

I highly recommend them. I added a little adobo seasoning and smoked paprika to the batter to add a little more savory-ness.
