New to Running/Fitness OT

I have been doing some running—and by running I mean I have been doing a couch to 5k style power walk with occasional awkward spurts of what may qualify as “running”. Who else has done this kind of ramp up to running? Any thing to watch out for? I’m kind of enjoying this whole being a healthier person thing and don’t want to mess it up by being clueless!


Who else has been getting their fitness on!? What activities have you been enjoying lately? Any good workout music that needs to be downloaded ASAP?
