It's my first ever night shift tomorrow. 9pm to 7am. It's a little late, but any shift-workers have any advice for preparing?

As it stands:

Phase 1: Afternoon nap. Complete!

Phase 2: Sugar loading. Complete!

Phase 3: Watching We Need to Talk About Kevin. Complete!

Phase 4: CAH. Complete!

Phase 5: Essay writing.

Phase 6: Early morning pizza.

Phase 7: Watching motor racing.

Phase 8: Sleeping from late morning to early evening.

I am also loaded up with audiobooks, veggie gummi candy and coffee to see me through the shift. But I usually turn into a pumpkin well before midnight, so this could be tough.
