I made a ton of rice last week, and to use this up I have been eating rice and beans (with avocado, natch) and dal (because I’d have to turn in my gt membership card if I don’t make lentils at least once every 6 weeks).
The porkchops I made the other day have turned into pork tacos. YUM.
I WAAAAAAYYYYY overestimated the amount of lentils (not working off a recipe sometimes has this effect), and I am so over the dal. I have one meal’s worth left, thankfully.
