Hey guys, I posted not a while back that I wanted to try spinning for weight loss. So far, I have lost 1 lb. and am still feeling a bit frustrated. I’ve been reading up on cutting sugar intake almost totally but wondered if any of you have tried this coupled with exercise. I’d like to keep up my spin and throw in some yoga here and there, but would like to get some results from food intake as well.
I’ve read that cutting it COMPLETELY out will help drop weight but it might also make you feel utterly weak and tired for a good while. I’ve also read that cutting back a little also is tough to manage because you become obsessed with reading labels and seeing almost everything has sugar, so you may just give up.
Any tips on this area? Thanks!
