I don't know if I can even call it insomnia, but I woke up at about 2:30AM because it was hotter than a monkey's ass in my bedroom, got up to pee because I had to, and then... nothing. Couldn't fall back asleep. I'm a very light sleeper so anything even slightly off keeps me awake, so... turning on the fan to cool off the room was a good idea, but then it blew little strands of hair into my face, tickling me and keeping me up. I covered my head with blankets, but then it was too hot, keeping me up. I turned my back to the fan, covered, just my head but left my face uncovered... and then my back started to hurt. I finally started to doze back off around 5:15, but my alarm goes off at 6:10. I think I got about 4 hours of sleep combined.

Any other day would just be a crappy day, but on this most shitty of Mondays, I work 8-3, meeting 3-4, and class 5:30-8. On 4 hours of sleep.

SO! Do any of you have any energy recommendations aside from coffee? Oh, believe me, I'll be all over the coffee pot today, but after a while it starts to feel really heavy and stop working. What do you swear by? What can I consume to keep me awake and semi-functional?


(also, how the hell do I format pics so that they show up in the right order?)
