So, looking at my past posts, I was way more interesting pretty recently. I am so stressed recently that I'm dull, which blows.
I have a quick question - I am writing a horror story that I want to place in Appalachia - I'm doing this mostly because the geography and potential isolation are right. Is there anything I should try to avoids writing? I'm not going to rely on ignorant yokel tropes, obviously, but there will be an element of religious isolation (mostly historical, as the supernatural accounts for most of the present). I just don't want to accidentally echo anything really hurtful. Thoughts?
