My biggest problem with OCD is that whatever obsession I have at the moment (and they change all the time) it is the worst thing possible, and I feel like I'm going to die from the sheer anxiety. Then, when it passes/doesn't come to reality, I feel not relief but utter shame at having worried about it in the first place.

Does this happen to anyone else?
