Anybody eating something awesome this weekend?

Local stuff is coming in at the farmer’s market, so I nabbed some fucking delicious fresh spinach, bulb onions, and broccoli. I’ve got me a delicious salad with these and some bell pepper, celery, avocado, and cheddar. OM NOM NOM CHEESE

Also got the first round of Missouri peaches (surprisingly early, usually closer to 4th of July), asparagus, and a head of purple cauliflower. Pretty sure I’m going to make a salad to eat for lunch all week of asparagus, broccoli, that purple cauliflower, fennel, chickpeas, and some feta cheese.

Ohh! And I have a bag of Cheetos. Because weekend!
