Looking for a vegetables-only soup to make. I mean, I'm capable of making a soup, but I just want to crowdsource what you guys have done/would do to get some more ideas! I am trying to get healthy and one of the things I'm trying to do is keep a "free" (vegetables-only, no carb ::EDIT: STARCHES NOT CARB:: or fat or protein) soup around for when I am hungry but it's not time to eat, or when I need to get some more veggies into my mouth in an efficient way. I'll get the carb/fat/protein in my more measured, planned out meal times - don't worry.
(For reference, I am seeing a registered dietician and have so many veggies I'm supposed to eat in a day and I have trouble chewing and eating all of them haha. Plus I don't have to limit that so I can have ALL THE VEGETABLES)
Edit: you guys are awesome. Inspiration is all I needed.
