Today Hunter the cat is supposed to goto the vet for his yearly exam and rabies vaccination. You only get one chance to pick Hunter up and put him in the carrier, if he escapes he will find a very good place to hide for the rest of the day. T will help me, she will hold the carrier open while I gull Hunter and grab him.
The vet is running on Social Distance rules. I will bring him to the office, call them, and they will collect him and bring him in. I will hang around the parking lot, and answer any phoned questions. They will bring him out when done.
He is the last appointment before lunch, so I expect quick service.
Hunter was tricked, cried all the way to the vet, but did well at the vet. Dr. T. was worried that he is a senior citizen at 14, and he is drinking more water. So she drew blood for chemistries and a thyroid check. We are back home, Ms. T. is having fish tacos for lunch, from the Mexican Restaurant across the street.
