I'm not finding anything in my searches for why intersectionality in regards to gender equality is bad.

I might have found one article, but paying for it isn't an option.

The sites I've glanced through thus far have either detailed what intersectionality is or listed why it's necessary. I'm not looking for that. I'm looking for how it might be a negative viewpoint for a cause (specifically, workplace inequality) to use.

I think I'm pulling from Mills and Marx a bit for this guess. The best that I can come up with myself is that by focusing on all the factors of workplace inequality, individually a person might get lost in the shuffle. But there's got to be a better way to articulate that.

As far as any other negative, I can't think of one. Intersectionality just makes so much sense.

I really feel like I'm grasping in the dark because I'm not finding any literature to back me up.
