I am inordinately proud of the lunch I made today. I have not gone grocery shopping in two weeks because of travel, so the house is getting a bit bare. Yesterday I remembered that I had some chopped up frozen bananas in the refrigerator. So I made peanut butter banana overnight oats with cacoa nibs and coconut flakes as toppings, and it was delicious.

Tomorrow I am working from home so will make cold dashi with shiritaki noodles and edamame.
