Let's start by saying I'm not feeling great, which is why I had a pizza delivered last night & I'm not going to run to the store.
Here's the thing: I defrosted some chicken thighs and I have a carton of organic chicken pho stock and rice noodles. I DO NOT have basil, limes or bean sprouts. Should I make a sub standard soup or eat leftover pizza & make the soup tomorrow after I go to the store? I really want soup but also I don't want to be bummed over the lack of ingredients. What do you fine cooks think?
