Pilates + Period = Rage

Yesterday I had some time off work and got extra ambitious. I took a 45 minute pilates class followed by a 45 minute step class. I HURT SO MUCH.


And today my period is due and super crampy and bloated and yucky and it is awful. I also weigh 4 pounds more than I did yesterday which is like how does that even happen in one day?? Someone tell me this is just bloat-related? I was so proud of myself for losing almost 15 pounds and in one day, whoosh, 30% of that gone.

So I am crampy and bloated and ragey and gross-feeling and I hurt so much that I can barely move. So what am I gonna do? I am gonna go buy a PSL and a donut for breakfast. Fuck you, body, fuck you.

Anyone having a better Thursday morning than me?

Edit: Holy crap, I didn't even realize that it is Halloween. That is how out of it I am.
