Has anyone used Trader Joe's garlic and herb pizza dough? I need ideas! Last time he was here, FB brought one plain and one herbed package. I didn't know what to do with the herbed as it has (to me) a powerful flavor that didn't mesh with my fave (sweet potato, chorizo/bacon and goat cheese), so I stuck it in the freezer—because I don't want to be a food waster.

I looked at Serious Eats, but their suggestions were mostly for the plain dough. I'm thinking about just going with a veggie pizza based on what's in the fridge (red peppers, onions and mushrooms), but I have to go to the market anyway, so could be more innovative if anyone has suggestions. It has to be soy cheese based. Should I use tomato sauce? I have carmelized onions, but it also feels like they would be overpowered. Maybe feta and olives?
