I know I normally post about big political stuff, but I do care enormously about puppehs and kittehs. We have four rescue pets, two dogs and two cats. I have no idea if anyone else has brought this up or not, but here is the link.

"The Randolph County Animal Control in North Carolina—under the authority of the Randolph County Health Department and County Commissioners—has sparked controversy with their double gas chamber, high kill rate of dogs and cats, and refusal of grant funds to remove the gas chambers. It's time to let those responsible know, we demand change!"

These animals are gassed to death in within sight and earshot of the other animals in the shelter, this is horrible. There are better ways of doing this (Duh! put a little more effort into finding homes for them.) if this is really necessary.

Thanks!
