The Vatican issued this Apostolic Exhortation from Pope Francis on where he sees the RCC today and where he thinks it needs to go:
Chapter 2 begins with "some challenges of today's world," the first three parts are titled:
"No to an economy of exclusion"
"No to the new idolatry of money"
"No to a financial system which rules rather than serves"
Now, I'm not a believer myself, but I am genuinely curious as to how this is going to be received by his flock, especially the American division. I can't imagine that the Santorum crowd's going to be thrilled with it, especially the part where he calls capitalism a tyranny that kills people or something like that.
