Pork Loin Recipes?

A while back we bought a big pork loin, because it was on sale. In the store we planned to cut it into smaller pieces before freezing, but spaced when we got home and dumped it into the deep freeze.

So now I am defrosting 3 kg (that’s 6 pounds) of pork loin and wondering what I should do with it all.

Any suggestions?
