Pork shoulder suggestions?

So today when I was at the grocery store I came across a vac packed whole pork shoulder, with a reduced for quick sale, 30% of sticker on it. It’s a relatively cheap cut of meat before the discount, and we had freezer space so I decided to pick it up.

I’ve cut it up, and got three good sized roasts and a couple of kilos of cubed pork, along with the bones and skin.


Thing is I don’t generally cook pork shoulder, so I am not certain what I should do with it. I know some of it will be going into bigos (Polish Hunter’s stew) but beyond that I don’t know. Anyone have any suggestions for how to cook pork shoulder?
