It would seem like a lot of us are in a weird head space today, myself included. So can we have a good-ish stuff thread? I’m tackling some hardcore self-doubt this AM and questioning if the ex was actually mentally abusive or if I really just don’t take criticism well as has been suggested...? I’m also coping with my feelings around the breakup ending a couple of important friendships to me. So I could use a little positivity, and I’m sure a few others could too!
So in the spirit of this thread, a good thing: I did better than I thought for the 5k I ran, I got a massage for the first time ever yesterday, and I have a cute sweater on.
