I am about to drink some possibly expired hot cocoa mix. There is a stamp on the bottom of the can which could mean that it expired in June of this year. I have no milk so I'm making inferior possibly expired hot cocoa with water.
I'll be supplementing that with some Jack Daniels. Maybe the alcohol will kill the microbes that are gunning to give me gastrointestinal distress.
UPDATE: It doesn't taste bad! And I'm a wee bit tipsy. Successful risk taking!
