While I was soliciting help on ordering my mother an electric pressure cooker (Cuisinart btw), BlueTexan mentioned that she cooks hard boiled eggs in hers. Mom and I were flabbergasted since I grew up using old fashioned pressure cooker to cook meats, collard greens and such. She wanted this one because someone had told her it was good for bean dishes and she's trying cut down on so much meat.

Share with me your pressure cooker wizardry so that I can blow my Mom's mind! Any favorite recipes, hacks (you'll excuse the expression), or websites you can share while I'm on my way home?
