So, the season finally seems to be changing over in my little part of the world, and probably elsewhere in the Northeast. Sun! Snow melting! (relative) Warmth! But sometimes we still find ourselves feeling not quite right. It's really common for me, especially in Spring and Fall. So I was reading an article from someone in my Twitter feed, the wonderful Therese Borchard who I mentioned in our list of GT Mental Health Resources, and a link within that article led me to this:

Why Spring Depression and Anxiety?

Yeah, pretty much. 2 is definitely me, and there's a dash of 1 in there, too.

So, once again, if you're feeling funky and think you shouldn't, don't worry about it. It's normal, it will pass, and it's nothing to be feared. Hell, I figure if I'm going to have a few shitty days I may as well get them out of the way before I'm on vacation in a couple of weeks.
