Hey, so yesterday I posted a comment in that skincare essay about how I don't use much product at all on my face and I've noticed a significant improvement over the years since I started my 'routine of nothing'. Other than sunscreen and my occasional rosacea medicine (like, once every couple of months) I can't think of any health reasons someone without serious skin issues needs the product.

Anyways, I was thinking about trying to quit hair products too. I have pretty dry, straw-like hair that I only wash 1-2 times a week and wondered if its condition would also improve if I stopped doing stuff to it. I use a deep conditioning treatment and it looks and feels lovely afterwards but I'm super curious at what would happen if I tried to let my hair do what it wanted....

Anyone done this?
