As a youth, I heard about Kegel exercises and how they strengthen things up down there. I've been doing them for almost 20 years, to the point that they've become second nature.

The only problem is that things are too tight down there. It's actually giving me problems when I poop. I literally have a tight ass.

Any ideas at all?
