I’m cooking the Repast meal tonight for after a funeral on Wednesday. It’s 50 people, hot buffet, which is fine. I’ve done this before.
The problem is I need to cook it tonight because I’ll be at the wake all afternoon and evening tomorrow & then funeral Mass, then cemetery on Wednesday. My sisters are going to set up the buffet while we’re at the funeral.
I need to cook 12 pounds of chicken breasts tonight to be reheated Wednesday. RECIPE HELP! Thank you!!!
Also on the menu: 1/2 pan of sausage & peppers, 1/2 pan of fancy multi colored roasted potatoes, 1/2 pan of green beans & broccoli, full pan of vodka penne & a giant salad.
