So the recruiter in question is me. I'm not posing myself as any kind of expert, but I've been a recruiter at a staffing agency for 2 years now. I'll answer honestly, with my opinions and my experience but that's all they are. I work at a small firm doing temporary, temporary and permanent staffing. I read resumes submitted, interview people, and place employees in positions that's called full-cycle recruiting.
Honestly no question is stupid, job searching is honestly one of the most exhausting, soul sucking tasks and if I help just a little bit then it'll be worth it.
