Remember when I said I had a lot of tomatoes?

Well now I have a ton of pico de gallo—about three to four cups. I've already been using it as a condiment on just about everything, but I need to use the rest quickly, or else it's going to turn. I was thinking about using it as a sauce for a Mexican pizza or something. Anyone have any ideas for toppings? Or a better idea for how to use it up?
