How long of a leash do you give yourself (to take it easy on yourself) after you wrap up something traumatic? Because I feel like I’m dwelling even though it’s all over.

I mean, I’m still waiting on getting the certified copy of my divorce papers, so it hasn’t been that long, but in perspective it’s been a looooooooong time.

When shit has gone down, and you’re still mentally dealing with it, how long do you give yourself before forcing yourself to move on?
