So, as we are rapidly approaching the end of the year, some people like to have resolutions or even try to better themselves in some way, and what better time to start than a new year? I really like the GT Fitness Open Thread every week and was wondering if anyone would be interested in a Resolution Open Thread every week, just to check in and see how you're doing. I already have three goals (I like the word goal better than resolution) for 2015; run between 60 and 70 miles a month, do an 30 to 60 minutes of housework 4 times a week instead of saving all of my cleaning chores up for one day, and consistently and plan and execute two date nights a month for my husband and I. So, is anyone interested in an Open Thread to check in?
