this is a last resort, but i am getting the runaround w usps. i had an important package coming today, and it departed its origin facility just fine. but now it says, and i quote:
“The item is currently in transit to the destination as of January 19, 2018 at 12:37 pm. It is on its way to PARCEL RETURN SERVICE, DC 56999.”
ive called 2 post offices and they say the address on the order is correct. i googled and all i got was a bunch of retail stores talking about return shipping.
does anyone knows what it means when the destination changes to parcel return service? has this ever happened to you? i just want to know if i need to re-order in the meantime. since its the weekend, the company wont respond to email.
