Rhubarb Recipes?

I’ve been baking this past week with my favorite spring/summer ingredient, rhubarb. So far I have made a rhubarb pie and an apple rhubarb crisp. Both were delicious, although it’s my opinion that they needed less sugar. The more sour rhubarb is, the better.

I now have 2 pounds of rhubarb to use up. What are your favorite rhubarb recipes?
