So I'm not paleo but it was super slow at work yesterday (due to the horrible rain) and I started looking through the new cookbooks. I found this recipe from The Zenbelly Cookbook (this is a repost of the recipe in the book and I'm bookmarking it now for later) and realized that I had most of the ingredients already (just needed the thyme) so I made it when I got home and it was AMAZING. And SO EASY. The book is less MEEEEAAAATTTT than I thought so perhaps I don't understand the paleo diet. Anyway, try it if you eat all of those things. It was great. I know the combo sounds kind of weird but it works really well.
