The missus likes LOBSTAH a lot. I’m a bit less of a fan, but I do love me a LOBSTAH roll. So when she found out that seabugs were on sale on Freshdirect at ground-beef prices, she ordered some up.

I thanked them when I killed them, cause that seemed the least I could do. Knife to the head, they didn’t suffer.

So today I’ve broken down the two remaining of the three and am making LOBSTAH stock out of the shells and legs. Should get me a good quart of stock, at least. Basically an adapted version of this recipe:

The meat will be made into LOBSTAH salad, which will stuff some toasted buns for LOBSTAH rolls, as in here:
