Who’s staying in? Whatcha doing?

I’m making gingersnaps. I fucking love gingersnaps and last year I made them for the first time and OH MY GOD was I happy with them.

So the batter is currently in the freezer in logs, so that I can slice and bake in about an hour and a half.


I’m also watching a Martha Stewart marathon on PBS.

(My gingersnap recipe is not a Martha Stewart recipe, it’s an Alice Waters recipe.)
