I had a pound of beef stew meat thawed that seriously needed to be used. So I cut the beef chunks into smaller chunks, and made Ginger Garlic Beef Stirfry with rice noodles. It was deeeee-licious, although shockingly high in sodium (soy sauce, teriyaki, Worcestershire, and ginger garlic stirfry sauce). I added in an onion, a can of stirfry vegetables (water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, and mushrooms), and a can of baby corn. Made it hot with coarse ground chile powder, cumin, and spicy vinegar, and mellowed it out a bit with some canned coconut milk.
