I've decided it's time to go back to P90x.
I distinctly remember hating it, and hating it A LOT by the end, but dammit if it didn't get me into the best shape of my adult life. The hour and a half of Tony Horton yoga every other week nearly made me throw something at the screen. But I was also strong enough to hold my body up using just my forearms at the end. I'm very conflicted about this decision, as you can see.
Has anyone else completed P90x? Would you go back to doing it, or was once enough? What other programs feature less annoying hosts but also aren't completely cardio driven? I did Insanity after P90X, but as much as I really liked Shaun T, I really hated all of my workouts.
