So, I've been trying to avoid sweets. But I have a bad habit of waking up in the middle of the night and going to the 24 hour grocery. And buying all the sweets.

And eating: Numerous pieces of red licorice, two thirds of a giant Kit-Kat, and five gummy apple ring things-the sour ones, you know? At 1:00 am.

This morning I caught myself going for the licorice. BAD DD!

Stressed out to the max. I tend to do the zombie candy run when I'm totally out of sorts. I also cracked and bought cigs (I love my smokers, BTW-I just quit a few months ago, I am not a hater).

Also had a bad dream where I ruined my family dynamic. Woke up crying.

So, in short: Night candy, you will be the ruin of me and I have bad dreams.

Also I have to get on the treadmill because I skipped the gym yesterday, and exercise is a better way for me to cope, personally.


I donno, I guess the stress is catching up to me. Damn.
