Seeking advice on how to not take it home with you

Does anyone have any advice on how to not take work stress home with you? I’m having a tough time at work and really struggling to let go of it when I leave. It ends up ruining a lot of evenings for me.

I’ve tried working out, but sometimes I’m so stressed that my workouts suck, which makes me feel worse somehow. Wine works for the moment but I feel worse after and the next day. Weed works but mostly incapacitates me so unless I’m going to do nothing but watch TV on the couch it isn’t a great option.
