Last week, our interns finished their project and one of the case managers came to the end of her two weeks’ notice. Then my boss, in a brillant move, took this week off. While we’re already short staffed.

Today, I had a follow up meeting with HR and my boss’s supervisor about the investigation the did regarding our team and a couple of incidents. And the entire conversation was about what I’ve done wrong. Not a mention of any of my concerns being valid, no real effort was made to support me whatsoever. I’m literally carrying this program right now and I am overworked and exhausted and sacrificing my time and mental health for this shit, and there’s no acknowledgement that this might be hard for me at all. So, GT, I turn to you. Let’s turn my Friday around.
