Dear white male country radio station host,

Do not interrupt your female co host when she references recent research about sexual harassment being prevalent in the service industry with an attempt to hint that sexual harassment is flirting or that when servers accept it for fear of not being tipped it is no longer sexual harassment.

Dear female cohost,

Thank you for correcting him and reminding him that people know the difference between flirting and sexual harassment and that sexual harassment is harmful. I even love that you asked the next caller if he has ever sexually harassed a bartender. When the caller said he probably had on accident you were clearly confused by how you can accidentally sexually harass someone. They then played off into commercial.

I wanted to put this on their Facebook site but I'm kind of jaded with humanity and do not even want to know the kind of responses I would get from their listeners.

I can't believe in this day and age people still think victims confuse flirting with sexual harassment.
